ThriveWell Cancer Foundation is proud to spotlight Dr. Jean Holt, a true force for good whose passion, leadership, and generous spirit have made a lasting impact on our mission and the cancer patients we serve.
Dr. Holt has a remarkable ability to bring people together for a purpose. With her “can’t say no” attitude and her “all hands on deck” approach, she has recruited family, friends, colleagues, and community members to step forward and support ThriveWell in meaningful ways. When Dr. Holt believes in something, she does not simply show up, she brings others with her, creates momentum, and turns compassion into action.
Her leadership played a pivotal role in the creation of The Pink Party and Paint The Parkway Pink fun run. What began as inspired ideas have become cherished ThriveWell traditions, bringing the community together to raise critical funds, increase awareness, and ensure that cancer patients and their families know they never have to face their journey alone.
Through The Pink Party, Dr. Holt helped create a powerful gathering rooted in generosity, connection, and purpose. ThriveWell is also deeply grateful to the entire Pink Party leadership team, whose creativity, commitment, and hard work continue to make this signature women’s event such a meaningful and successful celebration of impact. Together, their efforts help provide wellness resources for our Diva Program.
Paint the Parkway Pink is a community event that brings survivors, families, advocates, and supporters together in a visible show of hope and solidarity. Participants of all ages have the opportunity to walk, run, remember loved ones, celebrate survivors, and stand alongside those currently facing cancer. Through her leadership and vision, Dr. Holt helped build the event into a meaningful ThriveWell tradition that continues to unite the community in support of those impacted by cancer.
Dr. Holt’s influence reaches far beyond the events themselves. Her impact is seen in the people she inspires, the resources she helps raise, and the patients who receive support because she chose to take action. She embodies the compassion, community, and determination that fuel ThriveWell’s work every day.
We are deeply grateful for Dr. Jean Holt’s generosity, leadership, and unwavering commitment to ThriveWell Cancer Foundation. She is a shining example of impact in action — someone who sees a need, gathers her people, and makes things happen.
