ThriveWell Cancer Foundation’s 2025 Healing Hearts Telethon was an unforgettable day of community, compassion, and impact. From morning preparations to the final pledge, San Antonio came together with one purpose: to ensure that no one facing cancer has to walk the journey alone. Broadcast LIVE on Fox San Antonio and News 4 San Antonio, this local initiative helps raise money for the Karen Martinez Patient Assistance Fund at ThriveWell Cancer Foundation.
Inspiring Stories and a Record-Setting Commitment
Thanks to the incredible generosity of donors, sponsors, and volunteers, the telethon highlighted the inspiring stories of local cancer patients and survivors—reminding us all that hope and healing are possible. A special thank you goes to reporter Yami Virgin, Fox San Antonio for her incredible commitment. She broadcast live for an astonishing 17 hours, from 5:30 AM to 10:30 PM, in memory of her late friend and co-worker, Karen Martinez, demonstrating years of dedication to the telethon.
