My name is Quintin Ellis. I’m a San Antonio native and UTSA Roadrunner with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science, and a sports enthusiast with an athletic and personal training background.
Being a part of ThriveWell’s Diva&Dude program, gives me the opportunity to increase awareness on how to battle sickness and disease with a consistent fitness regimen and healthy nutrition. With ThriveWell, we can battle cancer together!

I am a Health Coach Nutritionist, an ACSM Personal Trainer and a Fitness Teacher. I have had the privilege of teaching Nia and Cardio Fit to the amazing DIVAs and DUDEs since 2017. I am so grateful for the opportunity to learn from and lead these very inspirational people.
My goal is to inspire, motivate and support millions of people to make better choices to create their best lives. I have practiced for more than 15 years in the health and fitness industry. I want to share my knowledge and expertise with everyone so that they don’t have to suffer the modern diseases that are affecting so many and their families. Good Nutrition, Fitness and Lifestyle Habits are the keys to Living to your Full Potential.
I am a wife and the mother of two teenagers. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from Baylor University, a Master’s in Business and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Nutrition.
