The Nutrition Program’s weekly gatherings provide a unique opportunity to discover how food can improve overall well-being, partake in interactive cooking sessions that focus on healthy meals, stay updated on the latest nutritional advancements via informative lectures, and interact in a supportive community that values learning and fosters friendship.

Weekly classes are held every Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Class locations are always disclosed in the weekly e-blast.

  • Detail the value and benefit of phytonutrients and antioxidants, as well as how to incorporate them into your diet.
  • Show the relationship between vitamin D and cancer prevention.
  • Teach about the changes in body weight due to the absence of estrogen.
  • Explain the detriment of certain foods and offer valuable replacements for them.
  • Educate regarding food as a means of facilitating change, both mental and physical.
  • Offer an important resource for getting your questions answered.
